This article teaches you how to edit student assignments within blackboard.
Editing student assignments with Inline grading.
Go to the assignment being graded and open the student’s submission.
There you will see a preview of the assignment.
In the toolbar above the preview click on the Comment button (see below for details on available tools)
Right click any of the annotations to delete them
Click Submit when finished.
To download annotated PDF, click on the button next to your Comment button and select Download annotated PDF.
Inline Grading Tools:
Comment tool - annotates the assignment
Point Comment - allows you to drop a pointer and type in a comment on the side of paper.
Area Comment - selects an area on the assignment and attaches a comment to it.
Text Comment - highlights text and adds a comment about it
Drawing tool - allows you to draw freehand on the assignment.
When done, BBLearn will ask if the drawing is complete.
Highlighter tool - allows you to highlight text on the assignment.
Text box tool - allows you put a text box on the assignment and type in text.
Strikeout tool - allows you to draw a line through text.
